On arrival there were no keys and the house had not been cleaned.Windows in particular were filthy.Poor customer service. Very dissappointed overall as we had been looking forward to our time away.
What a very professional team they have at First National. We have been dealing with them for a number of years now and nothing is ever too much trouble. We were up there this past fortnight during the heavy rain, we reported a small problem at around 9.30 am and the tradesman was there to fix it at 9.50.am, wish we had that service at home.
